KDC PRICING

2019-20 Tuition and Expense Policy

Recital class tuition payments may be paid in 10 monthly installments (Sept-June) paid by the 1st of each month, or in a lump sum at registration (*there are no discounts for early payment). Dancers who register for January classes have their tuition divided into 6 monthly payments (Jan-June).


*THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS AFTER THE FIRST CLASS, UNLESS THE CLASS IS CANCELLED TO DUE LOW ENROLLMENT. 


**KDC does not offer trial classes. Most dancers don't know whether they truly like a class until they've taken it 3 or 4 times. They need to get used to the routine of a classroom and the different skills they will attain each week.


Late Fees

Payments made after the 1st of each month will be considered late, and will automatically incur a $15 late fee, no exceptions. 

2019-20 Tuition Rates

30 minute class- $430 total ($43/mo.)

45 minute class- $460 total ($46/mo.)

1 hour class- $510 total ($51/mo.)

1.25 hour class- $560 total ($56/mo.)

1.5 hour class- $590 total ($59/mo.)

annual Registration fee

$30 Annual Registration Fee

The (non-refundable) annual registration fee covers everyone in the same household and it is valid for the course of the dance season (September- June). This fee secures the dancer's spot in class and covers the cost of the student administration. This fee will be added to your account in September/or when you register for fall classes, whichever comes first. It expires in June of the following year. (There is no registration fee for summer classes, or Zumbini or Move With Me sessions.) If you register for January classes, and are a new student, this fee will be $15 upon registration.

Discounts

Multiple class discounts are available. 5% off of the second class (per student), 10% off of three or more class (per student) *Cannot be combined with any other offers. **Does not apply to our KDC  Tiny Stars and Competition Team dancers, who already have classes at a discounted rate.

Tuition cap

Individual Student

Once an individual student has reached $260 in monthly tuition, any additional classes will be FREE. (*Excludes Solos/Duets/Trios, Private Lessons, and Adult Fitness Classes. These will be at an additional charge.)

Families

Once a family (more than one student in the household) has reached $410 in monthly tuition, any additional classes will be FREE. (*Excludes Solos/Duets/Trios, Private Lessons, and Adult Fitness Classes. These will be at an additional charge.)

TINY STARS AND KDC COMPETITION TEAM FEES

Tiny Stars Program (*New for Fall 2019)

This is an invitation-only team for ages 4-6. The dancers in this group will take three required classes (Tap, Ballet, and Jazz, 1 day a week, 1.5 hrs total) at a discounted rate of $650 total

($65/ mo.) These dancers will begin preparation for auditioning for the KDC Competition Team the following year.

Once these dancers have auditioned and made the KDC Competition Team, they will be placed in their designated group(s) according to their abilities. See the KDC Competition Team page for details/pricing.

Solo/Duet/Trio and Private Lessons

Solos/Duets/Trios must be approved by both the Studio Director and Instructor/Choreographer.

 *KDC Competition Team Dancers are the only students who can perform Solos/Duets/Trios. 

**Private lessons are scheduled on an as needed basis.

Private Lessons- $25 each (30 min.)

Solos- $25 a week (30 min. class)

Duets- $15 each a week (30 min. class)

Trios- $10 each a week (30 min. class)
