KDC 2024-25 DANCE SEASON PRICING

2024-25 Tuition and Expense Policy

Class tuition payments may be paid in 10 monthly installments (Sept-June) for Fall Students paid by the 1st of each month, or in a lump sum at registration (*there are no discounts for early payment). Dancers who register for our Winter session of classes have their tuition divided into 6 monthly payments (Jan-June), which can also be paid in one lump sum at registration.

All payments are made through autopay. However, if you would ever like to pay with a different credit card than what we have on file, or pay in advance, please do so in person or through your parent portal before the first of the month, to avoid late fees.

*THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS, UNLESS THE CLASS IS CANCELLED TO DUE LOW ENROLLMENT.

**KDC does not offer trial classes. Most dancers don't know whether they truly like a class until they've taken it 3 or 4 times. They need to get comfortable with the routine of the classroom and the different skills they will attain each week.

Late Fees

Payments made after the 1st of each month (or when payments are due), will be considered late, and will automatically incur a $15 late fee, NO EXCEPTIONS.

2024-25 Tuition Rates

30 minute Fall class- $510 total (or broken down into 10 monthly payments, Sept- June, of $51/mo.)

45 minute Fall class- $540 total (or broken down into 10 monthly payments, Sept- June, of $54/mo.)

30 minute Winter class- $306 total (or broken down into 6 monthly payments, Jan- June, of $51/mo.)

45 minute Winter class- $324 total (or broken down into 6 monthly payments, Jan- June, of $54/mo.)

Water- $1 each (available anytime)

Required Dancewear/Dance Shoes- prices vary

Fall Class Recital Costumes- $70-$100 each (includes tights, required accessories, and a garment bag), *broken into 2 payments, November 1st and January 15th.

Winter Class Recital Costumes- $70-$100 each (includes tights, required accessories, and a garment bag), *One full payment- February 1st.

Competition Costumes- $100-$150 each (includes tights required accessories, and a garment bag), *broken into 2 payments, November 1st and January 15th.

Alterations on Costumes- only when needed, prices vary

Rhinestones on Costumes (Competition Team only)- prices vary

Additional Tights/Accessories- prices vary

KDC Spirit Wear- prices vary (*orders can be placed all year long)

Picture Day- Prices/Packages vary

KDC Annual Yearbook- (*required for each recital student), $10 per Recital Student

Yearbook Ads- Prices vary based on size

Recital Tickets- $24 each

The (non-refundable) annual registration fee covers everyone in the same household and it is valid for the course of the dance season (September 2024- June 2025). This fee secures the dancer's spot in class and covers the cost of the student administration. This fee will be added to your account in September/or when you register for classes,

whichever comes first. It expires in June 2025.

(There is no registration fee for Summer camps or intensive.)

If you register for our Winter Session of classes, and are a new student, this fee will be discounted to $25.00 upon registration, and will expire in June 2025.

Discounts

$40 Annual Registration Fee

For yearly students, multiple class discounts are available. 5% off of the second class, per student. 10% off of the third (or more classes), per student. These discounts cannot be combined with any other offers.

*Does not apply to Summer Camps, Summer Intensive, or our Competition Team dancers, who already have classes at a discounted rate.

**We do not offer sibling discounts at this time, other than our family cap.

Once an individual student has reached $305 in monthly tuition for the 2024-25 dance season, any additional classes will be FREE.

*Excludes Solos/Duets/Trios and Private Lessons.

These will be at an additional charge.

Families

Once a family (more than one student in the household) has reached $455 in monthly tuition for the 2024-25 dance season, any additional classes will be FREE.

*Excludes Solos/Duets/Trios and Private Lessons.

These will be at an additional charge.
