That's right- if you decide that you want to buy something in February, April, or July- you can!
This online store offers numerous tops, bottoms, outerwear, and bags/accessories in multiple color and size options for Men, Women, and Children with our KDC logo, and many can be personalized as well. Studio merchandise makes a great gift, and we have KDC Spirit Weeks coming up in winter and spring where your child can wear their studio gear to class. They even offer gift card options!

KDC 2025 Summer Dance Camps

Each camp runs Monday- Friday from 9:00 am- 12:00 pm, and are separated into 2 weekly camps, based on age.
These camps are $200 per child, and will include a daily craft and snack, as well as dance classes and games based on the theme/age, all run by our KDC Staff and assistants.
*All dancers that are enrolled in these camps must be potty trained.
**All camps must meet a minimum of 10 students to run, so please tell your friends!
***Please note that we go by the age your child is when the summer camp begins.

"Slumber Party" Summer Camp (Age 3-6)

KDC 2025 Competition Readiness Program
KDC 2025 Competition Readiness Program
We are so excited to offer our KDC Competition Readiness Program once again for interested students this summer!
Our KDC Competition Team dancers have been regionally and nationally recognized with many awards/placements/titles over the last 7 years. They are incredibly hard workers and amazingly talented dancers that represent KDC in a positive way at all times. They are role models for our Recital dancers, as well as great students in school. Our KDC Competiiton Team has the most supportive dancers, families, and teachers around! If this is something you feel your child would want to potentially take part in, please consider signing up for the KDC Competition Readiness Program.
This program is designed specifically for dancers who are new to auditioning for the 2025-26 KDC Competition Team.
*Dancers age 6-18 qualify.
We have created this program to help these incoming dancers feel more prepared for what to expect during the summer intensive and audition process. Jazz and Tap are both requirements for the Competition Team, and we will teach them the basics, as well as skills/technique for each style. We will also be offering a a Stretch class as part of this program to teach them the proper way to stretch/warm up.
Each class will be based on their current dance level (if they are brand new to the studio we will place them accordingly).

This program will run from Monday- Friday the week of August 4th-8th from 5:30-8:00 pm with one 15 minute break.
This program is at a discounted rate of $100 per child, and is run by Miss Kelley and Miss Bri.
The lobby will also be closed to parents during this time to keep our dancers focused. If they are intent on making the team, some days are longer than others, and some days they will have shorter breaks. We have set the times of the program up in such a way that they will be able to experience this firsthand to see what a typical day might feel like if they were to make the team.
Don't delay- register today to reserve your spot before this program fills up, as it was high in demand last summer, and we expect the same this year!
*Current Competition Team dancers do not qualify for this program.
**Please do not sign up for this program if you have no intention of auditioning for the team.
Registration for this program begins on March 15th, 2025.

Fees for this program will be due on July 29, 2025.

KDC Will Be Closed for Mid-Winter Break (February 17-21, 2025)
KDC will be closed for Mid-Winter Break from Monday, February 17th- Friday, February 21st. We hope you enjoy this time off with your families, and wish anyone going on vacation a safe and fun trip!
KDC Spirit Week (February 24-27, 2025)
In support of our 2nd team dance competition of the season, we will be having spirit week at KDC from Monday, February 24th- Thursday, February 27th.
Each day will have a theme for all of our dancers to dress up, and show studio spirit for our team. Pictures will be taken in each class, so be sure to join in the fun! 
Monday, February 24th: KDC Spirit Wear Day
Tuesday, February 25th: Tutus and Tiaras Day
Wednesday, February 26th: Beach Day
Thursday, February 27th: Wild Weather Day
*Spirit Weeks are the only time your child does not have to follow dress code (which includes hair), as long as they still have the proper dance shoes with them.
KDC Competition Team Dancers Can't Miss any Classes (February 24-27, 2025)
Due to our second competition of the season this weekend, all competition team dancers must be present for all of their comp classes from Monday, February 24th- Thursday, February 27th. Failure to comply with this rule (which was listed in your team contract) may result in dismissal from the team. Extra practice is crucial during this time. Thank you for understanding!
KDC Will Be Closed (February 28, 2025)
KDC will be closed on Friday, February 28th due to a Competition we are attending. We apologize for any inconvenience!
Hall of Fame Dance Competiton (February 28- March 2, 2025)
Our 2024-25 KDC Competition Team dancers will be competing at Hall of Fame Dance Competition from Friday, February 28th- Sunday, March 2nd. This event will take place at Walled Lake Northern High School. We would like to wish all of our dancers the best of luck! GO KDC!!!
March Tuition Due (March 1, 2025)
If you did not choose to pay your tuition in full upon registration, you still have four installment payments remaining. March tuition is due by March 1, 2025. We appreciate your prompt payment. Tuition payments made after the 1st of the month will automatically incur a $15 late fee, no exceptions. (*We use autopay each month, so there is no need to go in from your end to pay, unless you are paying with a different card than what we have on file.)
March Newsletter Release (March 1, 2025)
Our Mach newsletter will be released on Saturday, March 1st. Please be sure to read it thoroughly, as there will be a lot of important dates and information inside, as well as our announcements for March Students of the Month.
Starquest Dance Competition Fees Due (March 2, 2025), KDC Comp Team
Our KDC Competition Team dancers will be competing at Starquest Dance Competition, which will take place May 2-4. Our entry fees for this competition will be due by Sunday, May 4th. Please pay on time to avoid late fees. Thank you!
NHSDA Dance A Difference Week (March 2-8, 2025)
During the week of March 2nd-8th, our NHSDA members will be celebrating Dance A Difference Week by writing letters for the organization "Letters of Love". We love seeing how our NHSDA members support and build up our community!
Open Window Week (March 3-7, 2025)
The windows to each classrooom will be open from Monday, March 3rd- Friday, March 7th. We invite you to take advantage of this, as the windows to the classrooms will only be open on the first lesson of each month, and will be closed on the other weeks to allow everyone to focus, and grow as dancers, without distractions. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Acro Workshop for our KDC Competition Team Dancers (March 15, 2025)
Miss Bri is running Acro Workshops throughout the day on Saturday, March 15th for our pre-registered KDC Competition Team dancers.
